By using RichImage Ventures' website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Our Services
We provide:
- Professional photography services
- Photo printing and framing
- Graphic design services
- Photography training courses
- Online shop for photography products
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you must:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Be responsible for all account activities
- Notify us of unauthorized access
4. Bookings and Payments
Booking Process
- All bookings require a deposit (typically 50%)
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Balance due before/on service date
- We accept Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, Card payments
5. Photography Services
Service Delivery
- Edited photos delivered within 2-4 weeks
- RAW files not included (unless agreed)
- Additional editing may incur extra charges
Force Majeure
We're not liable for circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, etc.). We'll work with you to reschedule if needed.
6. Products and Orders
- Processing time: 3-7 business days
- Shipping within Ghana (fees apply)
- Inspect products upon delivery
- Report damage within 48 hours
7. Intellectual Property
Copyright
We retain copyright to all photographs unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive a license for personal use. Commercial use requires written permission.
Portfolio Use
We may use your photos for our portfolio, website, and marketing unless you opt out in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service/product. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Client Cancellation
- 30+ days before: Full refund minus deposit
- 15-29 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Product Returns
- Returns within 14 days
- Must be unused, original packaging
- Custom items non-returnable
